bytebrise GO: handling office inquiries in an orderly way for small businesses
bytebrise GO is an app for small businesses in the trades, the professions and retail. It pre-sorts inquiries, callbacks, appointments and quotes and prepares replies. The owner or the team reviews the drafts and approves them with one tap. Simple notices such as the callback text, a review request or a follow-up reminder can be switched to automatic once per workflow. Connecting the mailbox, text messages and phone is still in preparation; what works today is listed under Integrations.
bytebrise GO costs €79 per month for one person, €149 for teams of up to five and €399 for businesses of up to 20 people, on request for more than 20. Setup costs €490 once, after which GO can be cancelled monthly. The initial consultation takes 20 minutes and is free. All tiers are also on the pricing page.
bytebrise GO is new in our offering. That is why this page shows a made-up example, Schreinerei Muster (a carpentry workshop), instead of customer numbers.
What bytebrise GO takes off a small business’s hands
bytebrise GO takes over the routine tasks of a small business that run the same way every week and still pull someone away from the actual work. There are six workflows for this. In each one, a draft or suggestion is ready at the end, and you decide.
| Workflow | Trigger | What GO prepares | What you still do |
|---|---|---|---|
| Answering inquiries | An inquiry comes in through the form, or by email once your mailbox is connected. | It gets sorted, a reply draft with appointment options is ready. | You read it over and approve it with one tap. |
| Following up on missed calls | A call goes unanswered because everyone is in the workshop or with a customer. The phone connection is in preparation. | A text announcing a callback (text messages in preparation) is ready, the request lands on the callback list. | You approve the text or switch it to automatic once, and call back when you have time. |
| Chasing quotes | A quote went out a week ago and has had no reply. | A friendly follow-up reminder with the quote attached is ready. As soon as a reply comes in, the workflow stops. | You approve it or switch it to automatic once, and you handle the reply. |
| Booking appointments | A customer wants an appointment, for example for a site measurement or a consultation. | Free slots from your calendar are suggested, the chosen appointment is pencilled in. | You confirm or reschedule with one tap. |
| Collecting reviews | A job is finished. | A few days later, a request for a Google review with a direct link is ready, provided consent is on record. | You approve it or switch it to automatic once. You answer reviews yourself. |
| Reordering material | A consumable material falls below the minimum stock level. | An order suggestion with quantity and supplier is ready. | You confirm the order. |
Which workflows we set up in GO for your business depends on what slips through most often at your end. We clarify that in the initial consultation and fix it before the contract starts. There is a separate page for trade businesses with examples from different trades (in German): AI and automation in the trades.
A morning at Schreinerei Muster (made-up example)
Schreinerei Muster does not exist. Suppose it has its workshop in Fürstenfeldbruck and uses bytebrise GO with three of the six workflows. This is what a morning could look like.
07:42: the inquiry
Suppose the Berger family writes: “We would like a built-in wardrobe for the bedroom, about three metres wide. What would that cost?” A minute later the email is sorted as an inquiry for fitted furniture, and a reply draft with two appointment options for the site measurement is ready. At 07:51 the boss approves it with one tap. The measurement is booked for Thursday at 2 pm.
10:15: the call
Suppose the phone rings and everyone is at the machine. The caller gets a text straight away: “This is Schreinerei Muster. We are at the machine right now and will call you back by 12. What is it about?” At 10:19 he replies: “Kitchen front has a crack, I need a replacement.” Number and request are on the callback list.
Day 6: the quote
Suppose quote 2041 for decking boards has been with the customer for six days without a reply. The follow-up reminder goes out automatically, with the quote attached and one question: “Does the October time frame still work?” The next day the customer replies. From there a person takes over again.
The boss approved the reply to the Berger family with one tap. He read the callback text and the follow-up reminder during setup and switched them to automatic once for this workflow. Schreinerei Muster is made up. This is how it could run in your business once mailbox, text messages and phone are connected; these three channels are still in preparation.
Where the AI works and where you decide
The AI reads along, sorts and writes drafts. You approve replies to your customers with one tap. Simple notices such as the callback text, a review request or a follow-up reminder can be switched to automatic once per workflow. Anything that is freely worded or commits to a price or an appointment goes out only after your approval.
| Step | Who does it |
|---|---|
| Read an email and classify it: inquiry, follow-up question, invoice or advertising (once your mailbox is connected) | AI |
| Write a reply draft with appointment options | AI |
| Send the callback text (in preparation), follow-up reminder, review request | You with one tap, or automatically if you have set that up once for this workflow |
| Send a reply with a price, appointment or commitment | You, after reading it |
| Answer complaints and claims | You; these emails land with you directly, without a draft |
Not every workflow needs AI. The follow-up reminder, the callback text and the order suggestion follow fixed rules. AI only comes in where text has to be understood or written.
When does automation pay off for a small business?
Automation pays off for a small business when a task comes up often, runs similarly every time and pulls someone away from the actual work today. How much time that amounts to in your case is best calculated with your own numbers. If a task comes up rarely, a dedicated workflow usually does not pay off.
How to work it out for your business
Take one workflow and count for a month:
- How often does the task come up, for example inquiries by email or missed calls?
- How many minutes does it take each time, including searching, typing and asking follow-up questions?
- Who does it, and what is left undone in that time?
Number of times multiplied by minutes gives the time this workflow costs at the desk today. Which part of that goes away only shows once it is in use in your business. That is why we do not promise a saving in advance. We will tell you, though, if a workflow is not worth it for you because it comes up too rarely.
How it works: initial consultation, setup, everyday use
You start with a free initial consultation of 20 minutes. After that you receive a written quote with your tier and the channels and workflows we set up.
- Initial consultation, 20 minutes, free. By phone, by video or, if it suits, at your premises. You tell us what slips through. We tell you which workflows fit and whether they pay off.
- Quote. In writing, with your tier by team size, the channels and the workflows we set up. You know what a month costs before you commit.
- Setup. We set up bytebrise GO and connect it to your mailbox, calendar or phone, as far as your software allows. Setup costs €490 once. We will tell you in the initial consultation when we can start.
- Everyday use. You work with GO and pay the monthly tier. GO can be cancelled monthly.
What does bytebrise GO cost?
The initial consultation is free. bytebrise GO costs €79 per month for one person, €149 for teams of up to five and €399 for businesses of up to 20 people, on request for more than 20. Setup costs €490 once, after which GO can be cancelled monthly. We clarify which channels and workflows we set up before the contract starts.
| Tier | Price | Who it is for |
|---|---|---|
| Initial consultation | free | 20 minutes, an honest assessment of whether GO suits your business |
| For You Alone | €79 per month | one person |
| For You and up to Four Colleagues | €149 per month | teams of up to five people |
| For Your Business with up to 20 People | €399 per month | businesses of up to 20 people |
| More than 20 People | on request | larger businesses, quote after the conversation |
| Setup | €490 once | the same for every tier, scope in writing before the contract starts |
GO can be cancelled monthly. All prices are final prices. Under § 19 UStG (the German small-business rule) no VAT is charged. The tiers are also on the pricing page.
Custom build: your own workflow outside bytebrise GO
For workflows that bytebrise GO does not cover, we build a custom solution on request. It is a separate offer with its own price, and the GO tiers do not apply to it. We clarify in the initial consultation whether GO covers your workflow.
A custom build starts as a prototype that you test in your business for four weeks. Prototype and test cost a fixed price per workflow from €1,500. If the workflow continues afterwards, you pay from €149 per month per workflow, cancellable monthly; third-party costs such as text message and AI fees are included. If the workflow does not fit after the test, it does not continue and no monthly fee is charged. The fixed price covers build and test. We state the exact price in writing in the quote before you commit. All prices are final prices. Under § 19 UStG no VAT is charged.
Pilot slots for custom builds
There are pilot slots for three businesses in Upper Bavaria: prototype and four-week test of a custom build then cost €490 instead of from €1,500. In return you allow us in writing, in advance, to show the workflow and the result with your business’s name. You see what we show beforehand and approve it. Once the three slots are taken, this page will say so.
What we build with and where your data is stored
bytebrise GO connects the programs you already use and, where text has to be understood, uses an AI language model. You will learn in writing before the start which services are involved and where they are based.
Your programs are meant to stay: mailbox, calendar and your office or trade software. Whether a program has an interface that GO can use, we check in the initial consultation. What the “Following up on missed calls” workflow needs from your phone line, we clarify there as well. We do not promise beforehand that every program can be connected.
Where your data is processed depends on the service a workflow uses. Some AI providers are based outside the EU. That is why, before the start, we name every service that processes data from your workflow, with its location, and conclude a data processing agreement with you. If you do not want a service, we look for another or leave the workflow out. This is not legal advice. If you work with health data, for example in a practice, agree the workflow with your data protection officer beforehand.
Integrations: what works today and what does not yet
bytebrise GO works with what you already have. We do not count connections here. Each tile says what happens and which way the data flows. As of 30 September 2026.

Data protection and security
You are responsible for your customers’ data. bytebrise processes it on your behalf under Art. 28 GDPR. You can check the six statements below, the source is next to each. This is not legal advice.
| Statement | How you can check it |
|---|---|
| GO’s data is stored on a server of Hetzner Online GmbH in Germany. Emails sent from GO, such as sign-in codes and invitations, are sent by mittwald CM Service GmbH & Co. KG in Espelkamp. | The app’s privacy policy (in German), section “Wer Daten erhält” (who receives data). |
| An AI suggestion does not go to your customers without your approval. Automatic sending can only be set per channel and only if you switch it on. For businesses with particularly sensitive data it is ruled out. Replies created with AI carry a note. After sending, a few seconds remain to pull the message back. | The app’s privacy policy (in German), section “KI-Antwortvorschläge” (AI reply suggestions). You see it during setup and in the test. |
| For AI suggestions, texts go to Anthropic in the USA, on the basis of a data processing agreement with the EU standard contractual clauses. The connection runs through an interface at Cloudflare, also USA. Under Anthropic’s commercial terms, this content is not used to train its models. We cannot promise processing exclusively in the EU. | The app’s privacy policy (in German), section “Wer Daten erhält” (who receives data). Anthropic’s terms: anthropic.com/legal/commercial-terms, section B. |
| The AI receives the text of the inquiry, up to four previous messages, the contact’s name and your business profile. Your customers’ phone numbers, your employees’ email addresses and internal identifiers are not sent along. Of letters, the AI receives only the recognised text, never the image. | The app’s privacy policy (in German), section “KI-Antwortvorschläge” (AI reply suggestions). |
| Letters, files, calendar titles, tasks and the history with the assistant are stored encrypted. The app contains no advertising or analytics tools and sets no cookies. | The app’s privacy policy (in German), sections “Welche Daten verarbeitet werden” (which data is processed) and “Kein Tracking” (no tracking). |
| GO automatically deletes messages, drafts, attachments, calls and past appointments after 90 days, and after 30 days for particularly sensitive data. On request a different period applies. You delete an account in the app: it is blocked immediately and permanently deleted after 30 days. GO does not replace an archive for statutory retention obligations. | The app’s privacy policy (in German), sections “Wie lange Daten gespeichert bleiben” (how long data is kept) and “Konto löschen” (delete account). |
Data processing agreement
Before the contract starts we conclude an agreement under Art. 28 GDPR with you. The general template is at data-processing-agreement. The recipients added for GO, such as Apple for notifications on the iPhone, we name to you in writing before the contract starts.
Still in progress: a public list of all recipients with a date, a description of the technical and organisational measures and a rule for practices, law firms and other professionals bound by confidentiality. Until then we only set up GO for these businesses after personal agreement. bytebrise is not certified, and we do not promise certificates.
The five building blocks behind the workflows
The six workflows consist of five building blocks. The table shows what each block does and in which workflow it is used.
| Building block | What it does | Used for example in |
|---|---|---|
| Mail triage | sorts incoming emails by type and creates reply drafts | Answering inquiries |
| CRM upkeep | enters contacts from email, form and phone into your customer list and keeps it up to date | Following up on missed calls, chasing quotes |
| Content workflows | prepares recurring texts as a draft, such as follow-up emails or replies to reviews | Chasing quotes, collecting reviews |
| Support bot | answers frequent questions from your own texts, identifies itself as an automatic assistant and hands difficult cases to you | Answering inquiries |
| Reporting | summarises figures as a short email, such as open quotes or unanswered inquiries | all six workflows |

Frequently asked questions about bytebrise GO
Is this already running at other businesses?
No, not yet. bytebrise GO is new in our offering. That is why we show made-up examples instead of customer numbers. We only show real examples once a business has agreed in writing to the publication.
What is the difference between AI and automation?
Automation runs a workflow by fixed rules as soon as a trigger occurs, for example a text after a missed call. AI comes in when text has to be understood or written, for example when sorting an inquiry. The follow-up reminder, the callback text and the order suggestion work without AI.
When does automation pay off for a small business?
When a task comes up often, runs similarly every time and pulls someone away from the work today. Count for a month how often it occurs and how many minutes it costs. If it comes up rarely, a dedicated workflow usually does not pay off, and we will tell you so.
Do I have to switch my software?
No, your mailbox, calendar and your office or trade software are meant to stay. Whether a program has an interface that GO can use, we check in the initial consultation. If it does not work, we tell you before you commit to anything.
Does a reply go out without my approval?
You approve replies to your customers with one tap. Simple notices such as the callback text, a review request or a follow-up reminder can be switched to automatic once per workflow. Replies that are freely worded or commit to a price or an appointment always go out only after your approval.
Where is my data, and which AI is used?
That depends on the workflow. Before the start we name every service that processes data from your workflow, with its location, and conclude a data processing agreement with you. Some AI providers are based outside the EU; if you do not want that, tell us beforehand. This is not legal advice.
What does bytebrise GO cost, and how long am I bound?
The initial consultation is free. bytebrise GO costs €79 per month for one person, €149 for teams of up to five and €399 for businesses of up to 20 people, on request for more than 20. Setup costs €490 once, after which GO can be cancelled monthly. We clarify which channels and workflows we set up before the contract starts.
Is bytebrise GO an AI phone assistant?
No. bytebrise GO does not talk to callers itself. Once the phone connection is in place, GO records missed calls for a callback and prepares a callback text that you approve or switch to automatic once per workflow. The connection is still in preparation. You make the callback yourself.
What if GO does not cover my workflow?
Then we build it on request as a custom build with its own price. How that works and what it costs is in the custom build section above.
Let’s talk for 20 minutes about one workflow
You tell us what slips through in your office. We tell you which workflow fits, whether it pays off and what it costs. The conversation is free and comes without a sales pitch.
