Frequently asked questions
What's included in a Care plan? All three plans include security updates, backup monitoring and performance checks. Basis (€49/month) covers the technical side, Business (€99/month) adds up to 1 hr of content changes/month plus a quarterly report, Premium (€199/month) up to 3 hrs of content/SEO upkeep plus priority support.
What if the project is more complex? We discuss it in the first consultation and put together an individual quote. Custom-build hourly rate: 110 €.
Payment terms? 50 % on order confirmation, 50 % at go-live. By bank transfer or SEPA direct debit. Instalments on request.
Care plan notice period? One month. Care plans are optional and can be cancelled monthly.
Can I edit text and images myself after launch? Yes. Every package, including Business Card, comes with an admin backend for text and images, no coding required. If you'd rather we handle it, that's covered under a Care plan.
What happens to my website if I cancel the Care plan? Your website stays online and keeps working. Security updates, backups and monitoring by us end with the Care plan. You can book a plan again anytime or take over maintenance yourself.
Is an instalment plan possible? Yes, on request. We agree the instalment schedule together during the first consultation, tailored to the project and budget.
