How our brand looks and sounds.
Compact brand guidelines for partners, press and clients. Logo, colours, typography and tone of voice, everything you need to reference bytebrise correctly.
Logo
Two main variants: dark logo on a light background, light logo on a dark background. Minimum clearance to the edge: the height of the "b". Never distort, recolour or add effects to the logo.
Colour palette
Reduced palette, gold as the only accent, everything else is function (background, text). Use gold sparingly, otherwise it loses its impact.
Typography
Two typefaces: Bytopian for headlines and display, Manrope for body and UI. Both are self-hosted, GDPR-compliant, with no external loads.
Design tokens (CSS)
If you use our brand in your own materials (e.g. co-branding, media kits):
--gold: #b8922e; --gold-hi: #d4af37; --ink: #171717; --ink-soft: #3a3a3a; --bg: #fafaf7; --bg-dark: #0e0e0b; --line: #e8e8e3; --font-display: 'Bytopian', sans-serif; --font-body: 'Manrope', sans-serif; --radius: 14px; --radius-lg: 22px;
Naming
The brand name is always bytebrise, all lowercase, no hyphen, never capitalised at the start of a sentence except in the logo display. Wrong: bytebrise, Bytebrise, byte brise.
Tone of Voice
Concrete, calm, no marketing phrases. We say what we do and what we don't, no guarantees of success, no buzzwords without substance.
✓ Do
- Concrete numbers: "Lighthouse 95+", "LCP under 1.5 s"
- Set honest boundaries: "If you only need 3 pages, Wix is the better fit"
- Write personally and directly, in the agency's "we" voice, addressing the client as "you"
- Examples and comparisons instead of abstract promises
✗ Avoid
- Empty consultant-speak buzzwords with no real substance
- "We get the best out of it for you" says nothing
- Guarantees of success, we can't give them, so we don't imply them either
- Forcing or refusing gender-neutral wording, stay pragmatic in context
Boilerplate for press
